What You Will Contribute:


The Learning Experience Designer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs and curriculum by applying a variety of methodologies and platforms to meet learner needs and support the entire talent management life cycle - may include onboarding, compliance, and employee/leadership development. Conducting needs analyses and determining necessary training and appropriate delivery methods is a key component of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Determine training needs of target audience by completing a needs analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts at various levels of the organization.
  • Apply proven instructional design theories, practice, and methods that enable learners to acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and engaging manner.
  • Design and develop materials for self-directed online, virtual, and in-person training using best practices in blended, adult learning principles/methodologies (ADDIE); may include workbooks, job aids, role-play exercises, and supplementary handouts to aid in the delivery of curriculum.
  • Ownership of the global quarterly compliance training content and process. This will include working with an external vendor and subject matter experts to review, edit, and execute existing and new compliance training programs consistent with regulatory requirements.
  • Curation of LinkedIn Learning content, such as structuring learning paths and creating role guides, as part of the blended learning strategy.
  • Manage and maintain all learning technologies and platform assets; update training materials in response to program changes or based on results of needs analysis.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends and best practices to develop new techniques to develop sustainable training programs and improve training effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, adult education, human resources, or related field.
  • 3 + years of related experience in a business setting.
  • Experience and proficiency with instructional design tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Snagit, InDesign, Photo Shop, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across various timelines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all levels.
  • Project management skills
  • Experience utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) to launch, track and manage learning content; Workday experience a plus.
