Responsibilities:

• Create user guides, installation manuals, release notes, online help, and other technical documentation for IAM solutions, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance and administration (IGA) products.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and product managers to accurately document complex technical concepts, configurations, and use cases.
• Ensure documentation adheres to established standards, templates, and style guides for consistency and usability.
• Develop and maintain documentation workflows, including version control, review processes, and publication procedures.
• Continuously improve documentation quality based on customer feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and security standards in the IAM domain.

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field, (or equivalent work experience) with 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the cybersecurity or IAM domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with documentation tools and markup languages (e.g., XML, Markdown, AsciiDoc).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and product areas quickly.

• Experience with cloud computing, enterprise software, or SaaS documentation.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Familiarity with API documentation and developer portal creation.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.
