Job Title: Java Architect
Interview Process: 2 Technical Rounds
Job Duration: 12 months; will extend based on performance
Reason for need: Our client has built a Java system for a current customer who is in process of taking over the ownership of ongoing development. This architect will help complete the transition.
Must Have Skills:
1. Java Architecture
- Design, Build and Implement Java backend applications
- ideal experience is a candidate who has worked on hosted applications (i.e. their current company builds an application that is sold to a customer but they host the application for their customer)
- candidates must have prior experience working directly with customers to consult and steer best practices; consult on requirements and implement change
- experience leading technical teams in a hands-off keyboard capacity.
- working with an end clients development team
Nice to Have Skills:
- SAS - working with backend applications interacting with SAS environments.
- Understanding of Front End development using C#
