Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Support Specialist to work onsite in various locations across Austin, TX. Please Note: This position will require a valid drivers license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our employees and clients.
• You will be responsible for resolving issues related to hardware, software, network, and security
• Main Responsibilities
• Provide helpdesk support to employees and clients via phone, email, chat, and remote access
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft POS, and other applications
• Configure and manage Intune devices, policies, and profiles
• Monitor and maintain the security and performance of the IT infrastructure and devices
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance
• Create and update IT documentation, manuals, and procedures
• Train and assist users on IT policies and best practices
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or administration
• Potential for leadership opportunities down the line for more Senior applicants
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Dynamics
• Familiarity with Microsoft security tools and solutions, such as Defender, MFA, and ATP
• Basic knowledge of network configuration, protocols, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Additional Success Factors:
• Intune expertise
• Microsoft, network, and cyber security certifications are a plus
  

Required: Valid Driver's License and the ability to operate company vehicles as needed
