In this Project Manager role, you will focus on assisting the Sr. IT Project Manager during the full Project Life Cycle from Initiation through Closure Phases. You will utilize your experience in new tool implementation and experience with driving the validation of data to ensure the reports clients desire out of the tool are accurate.

• Assist the Senior Project Manager by performing clerical duties, maintaining contact with clients and parties through email and phone calls, answering questions and concerns, preparing presentations, and entering project data
• Develop/Update concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule and outlining the duties of each team member
• Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans
• Closely monitor each project workstream you manage to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan and the project objectives are met
• Once a project is complete, help gather and document all project results and then report or present them to the appropriate parties

The successful IT Project Manager applicant will have Project Management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them. Additional qualifications include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage any issues that occur during the project life cycle
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience in the implementation of tooling / automated equipment
