RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Asset Management Lead Analyst in Boston, MA.Summary:Join this world renowned global financial firm in the key role of an IT Asset Management Lead.   • Management of hardware and software assets - both daily operations and long-term planning
  • Manage software licenses used across the firm
  • As an IT Asset Management Lead Analyst, you will track company assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Lead a small team of asset analysts and supervise their performance
  • Manage annual PC hardware refresh program globally to ensure that assets are returned to leasing company in a timely manner


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or in other related field
  • Possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM
  • Five years or more in an IT Asset role
  • Experience working with a CMDB
  • ITSM tool experience, as well as ServiceNow experience
  • Strong knowledge of licensing agreements involving software, including Microsoft
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tool
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
