This role will work alongside the firms Intellectual Property group of attorneys and support staff.
Applicants must have the following experience for consideration:
- Domestic and international trademark prosecution experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Litigation support experience
- Knowledge of trademarks
- Patent docketing experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Drafting of legal documents
- Filing with courts
