The Master's Level Intern Coordinator is responsible for developing and coordinating the intern program for all Master's Level Interns (MSW and MA/MS) for Aspire Health Alliance clinical programs. This person will coordinate intern placements by working with local colleges/universities as well as Aspire programs. This person will review candidates, facilitate interviews when needed, and ensure that all college/universities needs are met for supervision. This person will coordinate orientation and training for the interns at the beginning and during the course of the internships. This person will handle all administrative functions of the program and be used as a resource for the interns, colleges/universities, and internal Aspire Programs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years as an LMHC or LICSW working in a clinical setting required, community setting preferred
- Knowledge of internship requirements for both MSW and MA/MS degree programs preferred
- 1-3 years of providing clinical supervision to Master's Level clinical students required
- Ability to work in a team setting
Required Experience
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- LMHC or LICSW required
