We have been around for 50+ years, we are based out of Idaho, but we operate across the country we operate in multiple sectors with our specialty being in Agri-Business, Warehouse, and Distribution centers. We are constantly on the lookout for talented superintendents and project managers. Our project size varies from 20 million to 150+ million dollar large-scale industrial projects that have projects lengths from 6 months to 3 years.
What You Will Be Doing - Management of the master schedule, including a three-week look ahead with attention to detail.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment using our safety and environmental control programs.
- Ensure the Company maintains customer-centric relationships by resolving concerns while providing excellent customer service.
- Lead training for subcontractor site-specific safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate site inspection and testing by the third party or AHJ as needed
- Lead all aspects of Safety, Daily Production, Quality Control, and Inspection documentation via Procore and other industry-specific technology.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years industria Superintendent experience (((20 to 100 million dollar experience is preferred)))
-Willing to travel via air or ground, often on short notice, and work on prolonged field assignments. (6 months to 3+ years)
- MUST HAVE Procore and Blue beam experience -- MS project experience is a plus

Preferred experience:
- Cold Storage or Food processing experience
- 7+ yrs of Industrial warehouse/distribution experience
What's In It for You - Competitive Base Salary: $120,000 - $135,000
