Human Resources Specialist Job in Boca Raton, FL

Our client is seeking a vibrant, detail oriented and self-motivated HR Specialist who has a minimum of 2 years of recent HR experience. The Human Resources Specialist will support an HR Director and the main responsibilities will include HRIS employee records management, onboarding and compliance, payroll processing, benefits administration, and ad hoc projects. This is a 100% in-office role, Monday-Friday with traditional hours. Interviewing immediately.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist Job include:

• Assist with employee administration

• The responsibilities of the HR Data Specialist include the review and collection of all required documentation for approving the entries of employee transactions into the HRIS system per company policies and procedures

• Prioritize and process the information received for review and approval through the HCM workflows for employees which include new hires, terminations, job/salary changes in a timely manner and within payroll deadlines

• Review of any data requests, errors research or audits reports requested or needed for reports, projects, audits from management or any other department

• Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information

• Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries

• Assists with the open enrollment process

• Assist with special HR projects, events, and communication

• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred

• Minimum of two years of recent, related experience in payroll administration

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
