Purpose

The CWS Global Human Resources Department is in search of a qualified Human Resources Coordinator with a broad knowledge of various HR functions to support the HSPRS Program. This role will have administrative responsibilities and will plan and administer important functions, particularly focused on reporting, background checks, and preboarding/ onboarding.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

  • Facilitate preboarding clearances for HSPRS staff including background checks, professional reference checks and other employment verifications as needed/required.
  • Manage employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Translate and administer personnel policies and programs in partnership with the HR Manager, supervisors, hiring managers and other staff as needed.
  • Facilitate exit interviews, aggregate exit interview feedback for quarterly reporting.
  • Provide reports on monthly, quarterly/as needed basis.
  • Coordinate with HRIS team to ensure that employee demographic data is updated and accurate in the HRIS system.
  • Develop and refresh process improvements as it relates to preboarding, onboarding, background checks and policy review / policy acknowledgement checks.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential; maintain all necessary records, including those tracked outside of the HRIS, to support review and audit.
  • Support other HSPRS projects and processes as needed.

  • Working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,
Education & Certifications:
  • One to three years of human resource generalist experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and related experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
