Position Overview: As a Business Analyst specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective utilization and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing platform functionality, resolving technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central platforms to ensure optimal utilization within the organization.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues related to the recruiting and onboarding platforms and employee data management, liaising with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including recruiting team members, hiring managers, and HR, to understand their needs and translate them into platform requirements and enhancements.
4. Requirements:
   • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
   • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central platforms.
   • Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management processes and best practices.
