Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Physical Therapist sought for 13 week assignment with the potential to extend. Schedule is 5x8 shifts M-F, with 1 weekend/month. The coverage area is Stockton/Modesto and there is a minimum 30 points per 40 hour week productivity expectation. 20 minutes north of Stockton is a beautiful wine country in Lodi that is affordable to stay in.

Minimum Requirements: 1 year Home Health experience, CA PT license
