Become a part of our team of competent, caring, and supportive professionals as an Group Therapist/Outpatient Clinician at Behavioral Health Network!Outpatient Clinicians have a significant impact on the lives of people in Springfield and surrounding communities by providing high-quality direct outpatient services in a vibrant, collaborative setting. The Group Therapist will serve people of all ages with mental health and/or substance use issues using a variety of treatment modalities. In addition, the Group Therapist maintains direct service productivity and participates in clinical team meetings, completes comprehensive intake evaluations, formulates collaborative treatment plans and coordinates treatment with a multidisciplinary team.
Group Therapy services offered in the BHN Outpatient Clinics continue to grow! Across ten Clinics, we offer groups focused on building skills and connections for individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use in order to make a positive impact on our members\' lives. With community needs changing, groups at BHN occur in-person in traditional offices, in schools, via telehealth, and in hybrid models with both in-person and telehealth members. We are seeking dynamic Group Therapists to not only provide direct client services but to develop and increase the current offerings in order to best meet the changing needs of our community. Experience in and passion for group therapy models a plus! Bilingual/bicultural English/Spanish also a plus!
