Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Electrical Lineman.

Position type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 12 Month
Location: Austin TX

As an Electrical Lineman, you will:

• Supports missions by performing data collection, assists in the processing and transmission of collected data.
• Asset Management of associated hardware and tracking hardware assets used for projects and ensuring accountability of their equipment and maintenance status.
• Able to support missions as an operator with a growth opportunity to become a crew leader or field project lead.
• Position is a little above "labor" - definitely a lot of manual labor; out in the field Use a Computerized drill to test the pole and visually inspecting the poles.
• This position has the most travel.
• Many times the deployments are 3-4 weeks before they go home Looking at 200-300,000 poles to inspect
• In addition to inspecting there might be some treatment on the poles (excavating out 12-18 inches out and down about 18 inches to put a wrap on the pole to stop any decay that is happening) Ability to follow all established company procedures and policies
• Travel overnight with potential deployments lasting four to eight weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license,
• Can lift 50lb or greater.
• Can work outdoors for an entire shift.
• Can stand and/or walk for 8 hours or more.

The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 Years of Electrical/ Utility ground Foreman experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18 - $21 Per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
