The Global Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, specifically within the dynamic semiconductor industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide innovative HR solutions to support the organization's goals, lead change management initiatives, and drive cultural transformation topics. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of global HR practices, talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Partner with business leaders in Delivery Systems and Services to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and drive performance.Build trust and provide insights that influence and inspire senior management's behavior, mindset, and people decisions with an impact on sustainable business growth.Use multiple data sources and people analytics to create critical people insights to identify and pro-actively monitor business performance and opportunities/risksEnsure robust pipeline talent development and succession planning for business-critical positions, with focus on diversity and inclusion.Collaborate with the HR Solutions team to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as compensation, benefits, and learning and development.Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive, high-performance culture.Support change management adoption and cultural transformation strategies to enable business success.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (M.Sc preferred, MBA a plus).5+ years of strategic HR experience

Strong critical strategic thinking skills with demonstrated success at operating in a way that considers business objectives.Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Highly flexible, agile, and effective at leading and delivering on business imperatives in a high-change, high-growth environment.Analytical and data-driven, with ability to use complex data for people decision making; thus, leading to high-impact people business strategies. Can sit anywhere in the US. Site location preferred.
