Miller Pipeline is currently recruiting Municipal Services Division Foreman to work near Tampa, Fort Pierce, or Fort Lauderdale, FL and the surrounding areas. The Foreman will direct crew in the rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer lines by means of installing Cured in Place or Fold and Form pipe. This is a DOT-regulated and safety-sensitive position.
Main Responsibilities: - Embrace and sponsor CORE values: Safety, Commitment, Quality and Reputation.
- Responsible for crew safety including: PPE, MOT, Confined Space, DOT, OHSA and Miller policies.
- Responsible for conducting daily huddle with crew to discuss safety and plan for work.
- Responsible for quality of each installation and ensuring it is done per manufacturers specifications.
- Responsible for all pre/post video deliverables and that all laterals are reinstated/brushed properly.
- Responsible for ensuring work area has safe MOT and that bypass is sufficient.
- Communicate daily with customer inspectors and representatives regarding plan/execution.
- Communicate any changes in scope or issues immediately to Superintendent.
- Responsible for preparing applicable cure documents and inputting production/hours into WINs daily.
- Work to develop subordinates to operate all positions within crew.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment and promptly reporting issues to Superintendent.
Required Qualifications: - High level of personal integrity and accountability.
- 3+ years construction and/or pipelining field work.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: - **Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- 3+ years field work experience at Miller Pipeline.1+ year gas construction experience.

Required: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and complete forms required for the job. Interact effectively with customers, employees and the management team. Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and/or CDL-required vehicle. Travel by vehicle within the region and respond to emergency situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, explosives, and vibration. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanic parts and weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
Employees in this job classification are required to work extended hours on a regular basis, must be flexible with the work schedule, be able to handle stressful conditions due to productivity and time constraints, and be willing to travel regionally.
