RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Financial Analyst II in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Calhan, CO.Responsibilities:- Processing of monthly working files for invoice submissions
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Participate in financial audits
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Keep accurate records for all fleet and financial decisions
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts
- Updating internal systems; Reconciliation of fleet
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
- First level university degree with a focus in Business or Economics recommended or equivalent experience
- Typically, 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- May have experience in more than one finance function
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles
- Good analytical skills
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Advanced Access Database skills
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
