- Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is essential. If you have an Advanced Degree in an Engineering field, Engineering Management, or a Semiconductor-related discipline, that's even better.

Professional Engineering License: Possessing a Professional Engineering License is a definite plus.
- Semiconductor Site Management: You should have 15 years of direct experience managing a Semiconductor site Facilities team. Alternatively, 20 years of experience managing a high-purity operation and utilities will also be considered.

Leadership and Management: With 10+ years of leadership and management experience, you'll be well-prepared to guide our engineering teams and site operations.
- Semiconductor Utilities: Familiarity with semiconductor utilities is crucial. Understanding the intricacies of Facilities systems and Fab tool requirements.
