What You Will Be Doing -Provide estimating services and oversee activities for large-scale roofing projects.
-Estimate labor, materials, time requirements, and other factors that contribute to the overall cost of the project.
-Gather blueprints and specifications, attending meetings, reviewing historical data, conducting roof surveys, making labor and material calculations, tracking contracts, preparing bid packages, utilizing CAD software to design and finalize plans, and providing technical support throughout the project.
What You Need for this Position - Experience with Edge estimating software
-Experience with commercial roofing estimating
