Employee Benefits Counsel (Off-Track)

Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm with a strong DC presence and a highly ranked employee benefits practice. They are known for advising clients across a variety of areas including qualified benefit plans, ESOPS and equity incentive arrangements for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 500 companies. They are seeking an off-track counsel with 7+ years' of experience. The billable requirement is only 1600hrs and comes with full benefits and very srong pay.
