The Position

As a member of our multidisciplinary Production Automation team, you'll contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated testing systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Test Fixture PCB Design: Design, analyze, and debug test fixture PCBs, considering signal integrity and component reliability.
  • System Implementation: Integrate the test fixture into our testing setup for seamless functionality across product lines.
  • Test Program Creation and Modification: Develop and modify test programs to ensure efficient and reliable testing processes.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Regular checks and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with PCB layout and design

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience working with PCB layout tools, such as Altium
  • Ability to create, read, interpret, and debug schematics
  • Comfortable using PCB testing and debugging equipment, such as DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.
  • Familiarity with Python/LabVIEW/TestStand automation software, a plus
  • Experience with 3D modeling software, such as Autodesk Inventor, as well as 3D printing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
