JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will work with various groups to ensure all documentation is quality controlled and stored into the designated locations and assist with regulatory requirements. This position establishes, maintains, and ensures consistent application of the CMMS processes and procedures to support all maintenance activities within the BU.

Office position working Monday thru Friday 7 AM to 4 PM out of the Three Rivers, Texas office.

  • Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist Integrity Engineering with building upload excel templates for process equipment.

o Set up excel upload templates required for each major process and well sites facility.

o Review of Vendor data, P&ID drawings, Manufacturer QA/QC, Inspection Reports required.

• Collect necessary data to complete load sheets

o Work with Integrity Engineering, Facility Engineering, & Maintenance Operations to obtain necessary data to build load sheets.

o Drawings: Obtain existing P&ID, mechanical drawings etc.

• Perform field verifications or redline drawings if required.

o Review data from SCADA and Production Reporting systems if required.

o Review chemical data from vendors for fluid characteristics.

• Collect PSV test report data for wellsites and facilities and record first-pop pressure into excel upload template.

o Ensure CIMS dataset has the proper PSV design data (type of valve, size, capacity, etc)

o Verify test type (Bench, Insitu, None), Overhaul (yes/no), & effectiveness.

• Pipeline Data Support

o Assist Integrity Engineering and GIS teams with improvements to datasets.

o Review data quality of GIS data sets if required.

o Review information available in spreadsheets and sharepoint.

o Update GIS with as many construction details as possible

• Install date, pipe size/material/length, coating info, SAP ID#, etc

o Support alignment of GIS & SAP pipeline segments as required.

o Populate upload templates to CIMS tool for various data sources.

o QA/QC each field report and process into designated locations.

o Continuous updating of various datasets.

o Update, create, and edit field reports.

o Store and upload project documentation into designated locations.

o Assign equipment identification numbers per Repsol's taxonomy system.

o Work with the SAP team to update PM's, add equipment, and help QA/QC existing PM's and equipment.

o Assist Regulatory group with researching federal and state regulations and organizing regulatory documentation.

• Chemical data, pigging information, production data, etc.

Qualifications
  • Education
    • Associate degree in any discipline required; BS preferred.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years in comparable role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Must have ability to navigate within Microsoft Share Point, experience with site permissions, edit folders and documents, and utilize links.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel table creation, data entry, filtering, sorting, establishing, and maintaining links to other sources, use of formulas, and VBA.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word document creation using headings, table of contents, and list levels.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI dataset and report creation, visuals, and embedding datasets into Share Point pages.
    • Knowledge of SAP software functionality
    • Ability to utilize folder structures to organize and file digital and paper documents.
    • Ability to understand taxonomy numbering systems.
    • Ability to understand and interpret federal and state regulations
    • Ability to use Google Earth KMZ/KML
    • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) a plus
