About this role:

CyberArk is seeking a dynamic and experienced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Leader who will be responsible for the development and advancement of our global DEI strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global DEI principles, excellent communications and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving meaningful change within organizations. This is a hands-on role that requires not only the ability to be a strategic thought leader, but also the ability to execute on a tactical level.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global DEI strategy aligned with CyberArk's values and business objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate DEI goals into overall business plans
  • Design and deliver training programs that promote awareness and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Provide ongoing education to employees at all levels to foster an inclusive culture
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to implement inclusive recruitment practices
  • Foster an inclusive environment through initiatives that celebrate diversity
  • Facilitate employee resource groups and other affinity networks
  • Collect and analyze data related to diversity metrics and inclusion efforts
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership, identifying areas for improvement and success

How you will stand out from the crowd:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment, preferably on a global scale
  • Strong understanding of DEI best practices and trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights on a macro and micro scale
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives to meet targets and deadlines

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $170,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
