RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Director, Billing & Collections Transformation in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:We are not your typical law firm, extremely collaborative, high energy, cares about their people, etc. You will have competitive compensation and benefits package including strong PTO, robust healthcare, 401k contribution, bonus program, profit program, etc. This is a newly created position and will be leading a Billing and Collections transformation which is a very exciting time to collaborate with the CFO and make your mark on the company.The Director of Billing & Collections Transformation role will lead a series of transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiencies and drive revenue growth. They will project manage and drive the implementation of various initiatives, including process improvements and adoption/implementation of new technologies, focusing initially on billing and collections, accounts payable, and cash application.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of billing and collections experience in a professional service
  • Knowledge in Aderant Expert, ARCS 2G, e-billing platforms and Chrome River
  • Transformation initiative experience including operational billing and collections required
  • Detail oriented, verbal and written skills must be exceptional
  • Wiling to travel will be necessary
  • Six sigma-preferred not required


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
