CUMULUS MEDIA | Syracuse, NY has an immediate opening for a full time Digital Sales Manager.

Who We Are:

CUMULUS | Syracuse currently features 4 stations in the Syracuse area and surrounding counties. Our stations include: 93.1 WNTQ-FM \"93Q\", 95.7 WAQX \"95X\", 1260 WSKO-AM \"The Score\", and our stream only station \"The Rebel\". The cluster of 4 stations reaches thousands of listeners on a daily basis.

The role of the Digital Sales Manager is to maximize revenue opportunities by assisting our sales teams with the sale and execution of digital products and services under our C-Suite umbrella (search, social, display, streaming audio, streaming television, web design, videography, etc.) as well as our station assets (streaming radio, websites, apps, email, and social media).

This individual will work with our sales team to promote our digital products and services as stand-alone solutions, and alongside our radio offerings, to best support the marketing goals of new and existing clients. This is a leadership position that will work collaboratively with our local sales teams, corporate digital teams, and local management to effectively promote and monetize a large portfolio of digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy to grow our digital business
  • Be the resident expert for all digital solutions (C-Suite and station assets)
  • Train the sales team to effectively sell and manage digital campaigns
  • Assist the sales team with front-end sales support and back-end fulfillment
  • Work with the sales team to effectively build, present, and manage digital campaigns
  • Act as the primary liaison with our corporate operations teams for sales and fulfillment
  • Establish and organize sales and support resources
  • Create and launch new digital sales packages and solutions
  • Identify and implement new ways to market our digital solutions to clients
  • Champion our digital portfolio of solutions internally
  • Maintain awareness of market trends that impact our business
  • Monitor digital sales revenues and KPI's to drive sales performance
