Development and Construction Internship, New Jersey/New York City

A day in the life

Prologis seeks an undergraduate-level intern passionate about real estate development to help us further development and construction innovation efforts within the New York/New Jersey market. This individual will work within the New York City/New Jersey Development team, and have direct exposure to Prologis' entitlement, design, and construction process. During the 10-12 week program, you'll contribute to projects that impact the business on a global scale.

• Support local Development Managers with regular reports and financial tracking logs
• Provide Field support and observations, as needed, to help Development Managers maintain oversight of job site activities
• Develop or advance at least 2 construction initiatives, Net Zero, or Carbon Neutral corporate initiatives
• Review Job specific documents including drawings, RFIs, RFPs, meeting minutes, and invoices
• Gain Professional experience by working in a corporate setting

• Current academic enrollment in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

Undergraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $25-30/Hour

Graduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $35-40/Hour

Hourly pay to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
