The Deskside Technician II is responsible for defining the technological growth and direction of the desktop environment while ensuring continued stability and standard desktop configurations whenever possible. The incumbent will serve as a specialist for the Desktop Computing Environment and will be the primary escalation point for basic and moderately complex computing problems as well as be accountable for identifying and resolving root causes.
This position requires the incumbent to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA.
