What You Will Do:

Your mission is to cultivate a data-driven product development culture, utilizing insights to optimize our digital investments. Drive the expansion of Rental revenue and customer base by enhancing dealer business operations and elevating product utilization through enhanced customer engagements.

  • Directing the data gathering, data mining, and data processing processes in huge volume; creating appropriate data models.
  • Exploring, promoting, and implementing semantic data capabilities through Natural Language Processing, text analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Defining requirements and scope of data analyses; presenting and reporting possible business insights to management using data visualization technologies.
  • Participating in the design and execution of experiments to test hypotheses and improve the performance of data models.
  • Conducting research on data model optimization and algorithms to improve effectiveness and accuracy on data analyses.
What You Will Have:
  • Data Analysis: Working knowledge in conducting exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from complex rental datasets.
  • Model Development: Knowledge in building and refining predictive models to support various business objectives, contributing to the advancement of data science initiatives.
  • Machine Learning: Knowledge of principles, technologies and algorithms of machine learning; ability to develop, implement and deliver related systems, products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven insights and collaborating on projects to solve business challenges.
  • Data Cleaning and Preparation: Engage in data cleaning and preprocessing tasks to ensure data quality and reliability for analysis and modeling.
Considerations For Top Candidates:
  • Typically has 2+ years of professional experience utilizing quantitative analysis/ data management (data design, data quality, metadata, governance, etc.).
  • Typically, a Master's or higher degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, data analytics, computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, finance or other related degree.
  • Typically, 1 - 2 years of experience in Machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with AWS services, Cloud ELT/ETL, Snowflake.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end data lifecycle across traditional data warehouses, relational databases, operational data stores, business intelligence reporting, as well as new concepts such as data fabrics, data mesh, and data lake house.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data modeling, and data architecture concepts
  • Experience creating data solutions as well as conceptual and logical data models
  • Experience with metadata managers, data profiling tools, data cataloging tools and visualization tools
  • Experience with solution integration or solution architecture practices
  • Knowledge of data technology products and components for Big Data and Cloud (AWS, Data Lakes, and similar).
  • XML and JSON file format knowledge
  • Experience with Object Oriented Concepts/Development/Modeling
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, rapidly changing, and culturally diverse environment.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and data-informed environment.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where digital is still evolving as a core offering.
  • Extensive critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and contribute to the resolution of complex issues.
  • Staying abreast of the latest developments in data science and related technologies, actively seeking opportunities for professional growth.
