Job Description:

• This role would have ownership and team leadership for the planning and execution of all end-to-end activities related to Books & Records Data Delivery post Hard Spin for a business spin-off.
• Person would work closely with both the SpinCo and the Client IT M&A teams to orchestrate the delivery of Electronic Books & Records in accordance with Books & Records schedule, and mutually agreed upon delivery plans.
• Person would also work closely with the Cutover Team leadership to ensure process and tools support execution.
• This would include the tracking and documentation of data delivery, include reporting out via dashboards.

• Coordinate with Application teams to support the translation of the business data requirements into a technical execution plan across products/applications within their respective function(s), including data validation requirements
• Support the Books & Records data migration approach and execution for the in-scope products/applications within their aligned functions
• Coordinate as required with Testing teams and Cutover teams to ensure data requirements alignment
• Ensure the execution of structured data separation for their respective application and/or product
• Support and report out on data delivery plan through duration of TSA including data delivery metrics, tracking of data delivery
• Manage overall activities of the team
• Ensure leadership dashboards are up to date
• Report out status and issues at tier meetings and leadership meetings
• Monitor Data Delivery Project Plans
• Review and action escalated late tasks
• Review look ahead tasks to address areas of increasing concern
• Complete tracker and dashboard update Kanban tasks as a backup resource for other data areas
• Manage issues

• Project Management Experience - key requirement.
• Communication experience
• Facilitation experience
• Experience with application development, deployment, and/or transfer.
• Technical & Functional understanding of MS Project
• Nice to have 4-6 yrs of experience but open to someone fresh out of school
• Bachelor's degree required in IT related &/or Project Management

• M&A or divestiture experience may be helpful, but not significant.
• Project management , communication, facilitation experience is more important.
• Project management understanding, and MS project plan experience. $$'s size of project less of a concern, more on the scope and scale of projects managed - like system/application deployment, system/application development and launch, etc.
