Customer Care Manager with leading single family builder Currently seeking qualified candidates for our Customer Care Manager position in our Huntsville division. In this role, you will manage and coordinate with warranty program for our homeowners. Ensuring prompt follow-up and customer satisfaction in accordance with company objectives will be priority for this position.
What You Will Be Doing Position Responsibilities:

"To satisfactorily manage the residential construction warranty department and all its employees to make sure they effectively perform root cause, diagnose issues, and design the best strategic intervention in the fastest possible manner.
"Successful candidates will have a proven track record in solving homeowner concerns and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in a high volume, fast paced environment.
"Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
"To accurately manager customer service requests, to ensure all issues are assigned to the correct trader partner and are handled as expeditiously and cost effectively as possible.
"Proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction scores on post close survey
"Manage the department to confirm completion of customer issues for closed communities and 1-2 years after warranty.
"To process issues with regards to scope of work, supplier performance, and Trade Partner performance.
"To provide appropriate and complete documentation on all service-related paperwork
