RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is searching for experienced and talented Credit Assistants for our client in the New Braunfels and San Marcos, Texas (TX) areas.Responsibilities:- Performs clerical, administrative, and accounting duties maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures for the Professional Customer in the stores
- Ensures that questions, problems, and issues are resolved in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees or managers within the organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
