Credit Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to assist with purchase application and work with company representatives and customer on orders.
• Perform credit reviews.
• Evaluate customer's financial status and communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Research customer company's account, such as unapplied payment, duplicates, payment history, etc.
• Ensure proper documentation is gathered and follow up with customers on questions.
• Be aware of contractual agreements, terms, conditions and purchase orders.
• Monitor approvals and releases of equipment for company representative's.
• Create credit memos.
• Work with team members for remittance.
• Track jobs and any disturbances in jobs to monitor completion and collect payment in full.
• Maintain daily log of collections.
• Monitor aging reports.
• Track, answer and follow up on credit inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• College Degree
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be organized and have the ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.

Ability to work with a team and be flexible to fill in.
