RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenfield, WI that is seeking a CPA - Tax & Accounting Manager. This firm is a reputable and well-established accounting firm that specializes in providing comprehensive financial and tax solutions to businesses and individuals. With a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and client satisfaction, we offer a wide range of accounting, tax, payroll, and consulting services to help our clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities:- Financial Review and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of client's financial statements to assess their financial health, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend strategic financial decisions
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities; Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide accurate tax planning and compliance services
- Consulting: Offer expert financial and tax advice to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions to enhance their financial well-being and achieve their objectives
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing client inquiries, and providing timely and relevant financial advice
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Must hold an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in public accounting or a related financial role
- Proficient review and analysis of financial statements and tax returns
- Meticulous approach to reviewing financial documents, tax returns, and reports to ensure accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Thomson Reuters accounting/tax software (a plus)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
