- Overseeing the preparation of forecasting
- Conduct revenue, cost, and cash-flow projection
- Prepare and analyze the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly summary cost report, labor reports, and monthly quantities
- Track and report project status on monthly/weekly basis
- Supervise subcontractors, service agreements, purchase orders, change orders and contract modifications
- Initiate and create forecast projection and cost code structure at the beginning of each job
- Keep track of quantities executed and quantities to be executed in all project activities
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
