Corporate Paralegal - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a top Ohio law firm that is looking to add an experienced Corporate Paralegal to their Cleveland office. This is a full-time, direct hire position with full benefits, WFH flexibility, room for growth, and competitive compensation!

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Preparing, proofreading, and editing complex legal agreements and transactional documents
• Managing real estate closing timelines and preparing closing documents and checklists
• Assisting with SEC filings
• Assisting with structured business transactions including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and more.
• Maintaining and managing client contact

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with corporate law or similar area (commercial finance, securities, M&A, commercial real estate)
• Law firm experience
• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced sophisticated practice group!
