• Prior experience working in football operations at the collegiate level

• Bachelors' degree with additional consideration for Masters

The Team Operations Coord assists the Head Football Coach in the organization, management and administration of strategies as they relate to the goals and objectives of the football program.

Position duties include: prepare and manage financial aspects of the football program, including, but not limited to budget, travel, operations, and fundraising in consultation with Head Coach; serve as the main liaison with the department of athletics external operations, internal operations, NCAA compliance and business offices; monitor academic progress of football student-athletes, assist in the development and implementation of public relations, marketing and fundraising initiatives for the program and the athletic department; comply with applicable NCAA, Conference and Texas State University rules and regulations; and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
