Contract to Hire - Accounting Assistant

We're searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Contract-to-Hire Accounting Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support, ensuring accurate financial records, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

During your contract term, you will:
* Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank statements and prepare general ledger entries
* Assist with month-end closing procedures
* Generate and analyze financial reports
* Maintain accurate accounting records according to GAAP standards

To be successful, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in an accounting role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
