Location: Roseville, CA / housing arrangements for the initial 6 months required to be onsite

Type: Contract-to-Hire. Full Time, Mon-Fri 8am -4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Research real estate trends.
• Produce premium content across platforms.
• Edit and proofread written material.
• Interview experts and clients.
• Collaborate with teams for content topics.
• Lead SEO efforts.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong writing, research, and editing skills.
• Basic SEO and social media knowledge.
• Excellent time management.
• Passion for finance and real estate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of content creation experience.
• Published writing samples
