Salary: $190,000.00 USD Annually - $210,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a CONFIDENTIAL OPS Director - Small Volume/High Mix
•Bachelor's Engineering
•Demonstrated knowledge of & exp w/contemporary advanced quality planning tools (DOE, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, ) .
•Min 10 yrs' exp in manufacturing required, including exp as line manager in a manufacturing facility with the following:
oCome in and assess the weaker points of an operation and define change
oDevelop and challenge leaders
o Scope of 200+ Employees
oHigh mix/small volume
oImplementing automation
oImplementing New capital or technology?
oChange in supply chain efficiencies/get better reports
•Exp managing operations within TS/ISO certified processes.
•Completion of Leadership Challenge, or equity leadership development program.
•Help to see where the organization is going and be more proactive versus reactive
•Look at footprint where do we need to expand or automate manufacturing and increase output efficiently.
