Job Details:

I. List essential function(s) of the job.

A. Responsible for the dumping of all condemned product including correct

handling of the inedible products in regards to USDA and safety requirements

B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination

C. Must be able to work in hot/cold temperatures

D. Responsible for outside condemn dock, including condemn trailers.

E. Must ensure trailers are loaded evenly and not overfilled.

E. Responsible for keeping all areas clean.

D. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.

A. Use hands, arms, shoulders, back and legs to lift/carry and dump. (appx 100 lbs)

B. Must use hands and fingers to grip

C. Must use eyes to see.

D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)

E. Must be able to bend, reach, walk, climb and stoop.

F. heavy lifting of up to 100lbs repetitively for 8 hour shift
