Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:The Compliance Specialist reports to the AVP for the Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX Coordinator, who is responsible for the administration of the relevant institutional policies, association, federal, and state regulations. The Title IX Intake Coordinator works collaboratively with various offices at the University to ensure compliance with Title IX, the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, and other related local, state, and federal regulations. The Compliance Specialist serves as the first point of contact for the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX. In this role, the Compliance Specialist manages the coordination of supportive measures and conducts preliminary assessment interviews for the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for compiling, preparing, and managing departmental compliance documentation. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
