Our client is seeking a Compensation Analyst - Workday in Overland Park, KS.

Role Description

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst for day-to-day administration of Workday compensation. This role involves processing offers, ensuring that the offer is within the compensation philosophy, and creating new job profiles in the system.

• Administer Workday Compensation Module: You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Workday compensation module, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance.

• Process Offers: As a Compensation Analyst, you will process offers made by QTS to prospective candidates. This involves reviewing, analyzing, and approving the offers.

• Ensure Compliance with Compensation Philosophy: You will ensure that all offers align with our compensation philosophy, promoting fairness and consistency across the organization.

• Create New Job Profiles: You will create new job profiles within Workday, ensuring they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.

• Support HR Business Partners: You will provide support to HR Business Partners, assisting them in their roles and helping to facilitate effective HR practices across the organization.

• Use Aon and Radford Applications: You will use Aon and Radford applications as part of your role, leveraging these tools to support your work in compensation analysis and administration.

• Align New Positions with Company Goals: When new positions open, you will ensure that they align with company targets and goals.

• This involves analyzing the role, the compensation package, and how it fits within our broader organizational strategy.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with Corporate Compensation.

• Proficiency in using Workday for compensation management.

• Knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience with Aon and Radford applications is preferred.
