RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is partnered with a client in Loveland, CO that is looking for a Cloud Finance Lead.Summary:This role advises the business on decisions to ensure their financial success and achievement of financial goals. The finance leads works to implement FinOps best practices and consistently pursues opportunities to achieve cost savings in cloud.Duties Include:- Cloud Finance Lead will work with Cloud Platform Team to create and implement a tagging and alerting strategy for cloud resource billing
- Build and implement cloud financial controls
- Create business cases and obtain business case approval for cloud projects and business commitment to the required funding; As a Cloud Finance Lead, you will provide cloud cost inputs into annual planning and forecasting process
- Identify Cloud FinOps KPIs and implement methods for tracking and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience creating business cases and return on investment analyses
- Ability to manage financial analysts
- Implementation of and management of financial controls and analysis systems/tools (cloud cost, analysis, showback, and chargeback)
- Cost optimization
- Knowledge of cloud services and associated expense models
- Experience with AWS Native Cloud tools including CUDOS
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
