Our client is a leading relocation company specializing in providing premium housing solutions for executives, professionals, and individuals relocating globally.

This position is for local candidates only, this position is on site in Fort Lauderdale, FL area with a focus on delivering exceptional service and short- or long-term accommodations.

Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering seamless, efficient, and productive experiences.

* Process and coordinate client arrivals and departures, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their journey.

* Act as a valuable resource, identifying and addressing client needs, and offering insightful solutions.

* Utilize conflict resolution skills to handle any challenges that may arise, turning them into opportunities for client satisfaction.

* Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and clarity in communication.

* Embrace a positive attitude and a results-oriented approach to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in English is a must.

* Preferred 1-2 years of experience in industries such as Real Estate, or Relocation.

* Conflict resolution skills are a valuable asset.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to acknowledge and address customer needs effectively.

* Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

* Clear and articulate speaking voice for client interactions.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Proven history of successful multitasking.

* A genuine desire to learn and grow in your role.

* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
