What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors

In this Part-Time position, you'll be expected to work quickly and efficiently on a wide variety of tasks.
Support Services is responsible for ensuring that all work that passes through the group meets the high standards that are expected from OHM Advisors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Backup receptionist coverage as needed
  • Maintaining office supplies/inventory
  • Sorting incoming mail and coordinating outgoing mail
  • Meeting room set-up and clean-up for internal and client meetings.
  • Filing and print room requests
  • Miscellaneous errands such as delivery of plans, bank deposits, proposals, shopping, etc
  • Light office maintenance
  • Support Services Help Desk requests
  • Service calls for office equipment
  • Office recycling
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 1-2 years of experience providing clerical/administrative/receptionist support
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers-large and small scale, binding machine, postage machine, switchboard, etc.).
  • Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize).
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
