About the Role:

This role is a Business Process Analyst in the Vendor Management Office (VMO) within Caterpillar IT, which is focused on Vendor Management and Contract Lifecycle Management functions across the global Caterpillar IT teams. In this role, you will manage, lead, and execute various initiatives related to the Vendor Management and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.

Job Requirements:

• Business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
• Ability to train and advise employees on the processes and procedures of the business area.
• Ability to successfully lead process improvement teams.
• Ability to perform acceptance testing and ensure business technology supports the business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a technical-related degree from a four-year accredited college/university
• Graduation Date between Dec. 2023-Aug. 2024
• Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 on 4.0 scale (without rounding)
• Previous Information Technology technical internship or work experience outside of classroom setting
