Job Description:
- Knowledge of various technologies utilized within and their dependencies on each other.
- Requirements gathering and presentation (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
- First point of contact when guidance is needed on specific intakes and/or projects
Skills:
- CSG/ICOMS (Not required but preferred) Billing Systems
- Highly technical background (Engineer/Developer)
- Post IVR experience
- Avaya Call Routing experience
- Avaya infrastructure (Hands on)
- CISCO/Genesis preferred
- Extracting SQL Queries
