RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Canton, MA that is hiring a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic Cyber & Information Security team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technical expertise along with strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and key stakeholders. The BSA will support an Active Directory Consolidation initiative and will interact with stakeholders across business to gather business requirements and solutions to meet key project requirements.Future duties and responsibilities:- Business Systems Analyst will analyze and document the authentication and authorization mechanisms of existing production applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for addressing any AD domain dependencies of existing production applications
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of system implementations
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback collection from stakeholders
- As a BSA, you will support project SMEs to address user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues
- Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities and processes
- Additional tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (5 years) working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive; Ability to work in a dynamic business environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, MCPS) are desirable
- Experience in Active Directory and/or enterprise data migrations projects a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
