Our client, a tech company based in Arlington, VA, is searching for a temporary Benefits Specialist to join their HR team!
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Customer service-oriented with employees and vendors
- Strong analytical skills and highly organized
- Ability to work with a hybrid office schedule
The Job:
- Act as the benefits liaison for employees on health and benefit plans
- Assist with new hire orientations and processing enrollments in Workday
- Manage and coordinate commuter and transit benefits process
- Reconcile and code vendor invoices
- Provide additional human resources support as needed
This is a long-term contract role (6+ months) that pays $32-$35/hr and does have the possibility to become permanent! This is an excellent opportunity for someone that has benefits administration experience and loves a fast-paced environment! Please apply with your Microsoft Word resume today!
